Sunny Gill

Mortgage Adviser

Sunny graduated in 2010 with a BSc Hons in Real Estate, initially based in Surrey, he started his career with Countrywide Corporate Property Services, gaining a wealth of experience in asset management, specifically helping people with probate matters. He explains “I felt fortunate to get this role having graduated in a full blown recession, the property market was not strong at the time, but the variety in this role allowed me to understand all aspects of the buying and selling process.”

He eventually began his journey to becoming a mortgage adviser in 2017. He decided to focus on mortgage advising because it was “exciting” and he wanted to help people achieve their dreams. “Buying a house is one of the most important decisions you will make in your life, helping my client’s through that process and getting those keys is immensely satisfying”.

For Sunny joining Oakwood was an easy decision, “Having started the hard way with a mortgage firm offering restricted advice, I wanted to join a fully independent mortgage consultancy, so I could guarantee my client’s receive the best products on the market. Needless to say with Oakwood’s reputation, they were my first choice, so I called Russell day and night until he took me on!”
