Administrator / Sales Support
I started my administration/mortgage career about 10 years ago, working for a company supplying income protection. From there I then moved to a mortgage lender and worked my way through the ranks to become a Senior Mortgage Underwriter. After a few years in this role, I realised that I wanted to move away from a big corporate company and work with a more customer orientated team who focus on providing the best possible service. Oakwood is all about supporting the customer through the entire mortgage process and has this ethos and the customer at the heart of everything they do.
Having worked for Oakwood before and leaving to pursue a different career path in Human Resources, I soon realised that my strengths lie in the mortgage sector and swiftly returned, where I am truly supported in my role, meaning I can offer the best possible service to customers.
As a sales support administrator, my role is to fully support the advisors with the full application process and doing all that I can to ensure that all of our customers mortgages are processed and completed as quickly as possible to the highest possible standard.
When I'm not at work, I enjoy long walks with my husband Nick and our collie Billy, I enjoy baking and love spending time with my family and friends.
